A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
As the Founder and Chairman of the California Hispanic Professional Association
(CHispPA) I am delighted to present this Sponsorship Packet to you and your company
in hopes of establishing and cultivating a truly mutually benefiting partnership where we
both create substantial WIN/WINs.
The California Hispanic Professional Association is one of the premier Latino
professional organizations in the Bay Area and the most comprehensive in terms of
its membership as it is an all-inclusive organization. Membership is open to anyone
regardless of their professional or ethnic background. Our members include engineers,
attorneys, teachers, entrepreneurs, accountants and so on. We believe that it’s this type
of membership that will allow you and your company the opportunity to reach the highest
number of Latino professionals in the Bay Area and throughout California. One of the
benefits that has been established in putting together our extensive membership network
of over 800 (mostly) Latinos professionals is that company can deliver the message
that it is interested in partnering with and investing in the Latino community. As you
may already be aware that the Latino market is by far the fastest growing in the U.S. as
well as in the Bay Area and CHispPA is in a very strong position to assist with market
penetration.
The following pages include a comprehensive sponsorship packet which provides
an overview to many of progressive and exciting programs and events that CHispPA
produces and aims produce throughout each year. You will read about our progressive
Mentoring programs designed to reach and assist 1) under represented high school
students, 2) college sophomores and juniors and 3) junior professionals so that each
group has the right type of coaching, role modeling and stimulus needed to successfully
navigate each one of their development phases. You will also read about our
Scholarship programs designed to provide crucial financial support the first two groups
in the mentoring program 1) under represented high school students and 2) college
sophomores and juniors. It is through these scholarships that these students will be able
to realize their dreams of achieving a degree from an institution of higher education. In
addition, we also sponsor numerous Professional Networking and Business Forums
where our members as well as other professionals can come together and listen to key
note speakers and panel discussions on a variety of timely and relevant topics as well
as network to establish and develop long-lasting professional and social relationships.
Lastly we will describe our premiere event which promises to be the Latino Professional
Networking Event of the Year – “LATINS CONNECT 2011”.
